Sueña Tus Sueños de Puerto Rico
I had a dream before I started out on this adventuresome
journey to the Caribbean. I wanted to start a Yahoo group and post essays about my
experience. Over 80 essays have captured in detail, my experience of relocating
to Puerto Rico. Below is
the description that I wrote for the Yahoo group title Sueña Tus Sueños de Puerto Rico. Unfortunately
many of
the essays have been deleted form the group. However, they are not lost.

Yahoo Group Description
Dream your Dreams! (¡Sueña tus Sueños!) I wrote the following
quote in January 2003. “Dream your Dreams! Allow the Universe to provide the
opportunity.” Then while taking a Spanish language class I translated it to:
“¡Sueña tus Sueños! ¡Permita que el Universo provea la oportunidad!” Little did
I realize that the Universe would open the door for a vacation to Puerto Rico
and where I now make my residence.
Another important aspect of this relocation is a note I wrote to myself on July
10, 2002. It reads: “I will live an adventure and write about it.” Again I was
amazed that the folder on which I wrote that quote would speak to me. As time
went by the photos on the folder (My Personal Visioning Folder) pointed me in the direction of Puerto Rico.
As I live my Puerto Rican adventure this Yahoo group will be a means for me to
keep in touch with my many friends that I had to leave behind. It will also be a
vehicle to meet new friends around the world that would like to follow me on my
quest. Come with me and experience the Isla Del Encanto. (Island of the
Enchantment.)
